I’m a Melbourne-based strategist and designer. I have spent over a decade thinking about how we make sense of complexity in the world around us; how we turn confusion into action; and how we can overcome hubris to achieve meaningful systems change.
I am currently working with a network of philanthropic funders to build the institutions that Australia needs to cultivate place-based and community-led social change.
I am also known for developing the System Effects methodology, which is widely used to analyse complex causal relationships in participatory and qualitative data.
I also write a weekly newsletter about systems, complexity and how things can be done differently.Contact
